Wild About This One! Hayman and Hill Interchange 2007.From the Winemaker: Our Interchange of winemaking and perfect climate delivers a rich wine with pineapple, citrus and vanilla notes. It was well balanced with plenty of fruit throughout... almost a sweet tease on the backside, but it never quite got there (that's a good thing).
