A word (or three) about Privacy Print

Silly RogueI said Privacy, not Piracy.  Sheesh.

  1. In today's world, don't expect privacy ever again. You're using the internet, Einstein.  Everything you say, do, or basically think is being recorded somewhere.

  2. Think we're paranoid? Just say something threatening about the President on-line and see how long it takes for your doorbell to ring. (We personally love the President, whoever it is at the moment, wish him or her absolutely no ill will.)

  3. However, your credit cards are safe online with reputable merchants, (always look for that kinky padlock in the bottom of your screen when giving out credit information) because the "powers that be" have to make sure the money flows. We, on the other hand, do not collect credit card information because our reputation is still questionable. Its a Rogue thing.

  4. We DO track SOME things on this site. What pages you visit, what corners you lurk around and for how long, any posts you may make, and of course, your email address (but only if you give it to us). Beyond that, not much.  We're not that smart.  Oh! We may attempt to put a cookie on your computer to improve your web experience.  (Its all part of our plan for world domination.  Buwaahhhahh!)  However, at the risk of repeating ourselves: We don't ask for or collect credit card data. We'll just leave that to the banks and such.

  5. But nobody ain't getting nothing intentionally from us nohow unless they have a court order. Savy? We won't sell it, trade it, lend it, or abuse it. Period. We hate spam and junk mail as much as you do. However, if the authorities want to know if you have a secret afinity for "Red Dog"... we'll rat you out in a second... once they get the court paper.
